Lleyton Hewitt has lost a court battle to strip a trademarked "C'mon" fistpump symbol from an Australian man, reports the Sydney Sunday Telegraph. Hewitt's team argued that the gesture and words are associated with the former world No. 1, while the other side said it was intended to represent Australian sports in general.
Ironically, Hewitt angered Swedish tennis players in 2007 when he grabbed the trademark to the "vicht" gesture that had been held by originator Nicolas Kroon and Mats Wilander.
