The Czech doubles team of Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka will play together again, having not found the same success with other players.

The pair won two Grand Slam titles as a team but decided a year ago to end their partnership. Both fell from the Top 10 this season. "We both know that together we have the best chance to win something and that it doesn’t make sense to start anything new," Hradecka told tennis-arena.cz.

Hlavackova said she was the one who had both broken and mended the partnership. "I was the one who decided for a change," she said. "I apologized for something, we sorted a few things out. You don’t know what you have until you lose it. It’s like in a relationship, after five years you no longer appreciate some things and find other things attractive.
