LONDON (AP) The Fed Cup matches between Japan and Argentina will be played in Kobe instead of Tokyo.
The International Tennis Federation says the World Group II playoff, which was postponed from April until July 16-17 because of the earthquake in Japan, will be played on an indoor hard court at Bourbon Beans Dome.
That's a week after a Davis Cup match between Japan and Uzbekistan at the same venue.
The ITF also says that Sweden will host defending Davis Cup champion Serbia in Halmstad on an indoor hard court on July 8-10.
But venues are subject to approval following an ITF inspection.
