Judy Murray is playing down concerns of a long delay in Andy Murray's comeback, suggesting that the former No. 1 could still return for Wimbledon.
British press said this week that Murray had reduced his training in recent weeks and might not begin his return from hip surgery during the grass-court season as planned. But Judy Murray said her son was still working hard to get back on tour.
"His goal was always to be ready for the grass-court season," she told the *BBC*. "It's been a long and frustrating layoff for him and he's doing everything he can to be ready. But the strength and depth of men's tennis is so great that I don't think anybody would want to come back into that environment unless you are 100 percent.
"I'm sure when he's got some news he will share that."
