U.S. teenager Madison Keys wins the $75,000 USTA Phoenix Challenger by defeating fellow American Maria Sanchez, pushing her ranking up to a career-high No. 138. Keys also won a Challenger tournament in Saguenay, Canada last month. At age 17, Keys is the second youngest player in the WTA Top 140, behind 16-year-old Donna Vekic of Croatia, who is ranked No. 109.
