Andy Murray has pulled out of Britain's zonal relegation tie against Turkey the week after Wimbledon.
"I've given a lot of reasons for not playing and I do think that it's time for us to start winning ties, having young players get used to winning," said Murray.
British No. 2 Alex Bogdanovic has also said he will miss the tie. Defeat would drop Britain to Euro/Africa Zone III for the first time.
