Playing in his second Davis Cup tie this year when Switzerland faces Australia in Sydney, Roger Federer says he isn't bothered but the quick switch from hard courts to grass. Federer will also play doubles in the tie with his Olympic gold medal winning teammate, Stan Wawrinka.

Former Australian Davis Cup captain John Newcombe believes that the Aussies have a shot at an upset. The Australian team also includes teenager Bernard Tomic, their highest ranked player. The oft-injured Hewitt and Federer will face off on Friday, as will Wawrinka and Tomic.

"Lleyton plays his absolute best when he is playing for Australia," Newcombe told the Herald Sun. "I think it is going to be a very, very close tie. We'll see how Bernard copes with the pressure of Davis Cup. We've seen what he did at Wimbledon. He played fantastic tennis—if he plays tennis like that he is going to be tough to beat."
