Japan’s Kei Nishikori won his second straight Challenger tournament with a 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 victory over Brian Dabul at the Sarasota Open. Considered Japan’s most promising male player, Nishikori also won the Savannah Challenger last week. Sarasota was just the fifth tournament Nishikori has played since elbow surgery.—M.C.
