Bad news for Jennifer Capriati fans: this revealing story makes it sound like it may be all over for Capriati. The rumors we’ve been hearing is that she really wants to play, but she isn’t spending all her time nursing her sore shoulder or moping around. This is a girl whose (usually) well-concealed rallying cry has always been, “Party on, dudes and dudettes!”
Existential question: Okay, so Roger Federer had match points against Rafael Nadal in Rome. But whether the match is that close, or one of those occasional love-one-and-love blowouts, it’s obvious that both finalists do an equal amount of work. So, if we assume that tennis is subject to the “equal work deserves equal pay” mantra, why did Nadal earn TK, and TMF a mere?
