Andy Murray just returned to the tour this week, but he's already the most sought-after ticket in doubles. The three-time Grand Slam champion is being courted by WTA players to play the mixed event at Wimbledon.

He told press at Queen's Club that he was still seeking a partner.

"I have spoken to a couple of players. I've been rejected a couple of times so far," Murray said. "But, if I'm feeling good, I will. I sort of asked a couple of people to play, but I need to wait and see how I'm feeling first, and if I feel good, then I would like to, yeah."

On Thursday, Murray showed good health in his opening-round win at Queen's Club with Feliciano Lopez over No. 1 seeds Robert Farah and Juan Sebastian Cabal, 7-6 (5), 6-3.

A number of WTA players have since put their names into the hat for a mixed-doubles partnership at Wimbledon, including CoCo Vandeweghe, Barbora Strycova, Kirsten Flipkens and Jennifer Brady.

His past mixed doubles partners include Flipkens, Laura Robson, Shahar Peeer and Heather Watson.

Murray will play doubles at Wimbledon with Pierre-Hugues Herbert, but the mixed position is still open—for now.
