For a few years, people have been wondering if Roger Federer could beat the current ATP title record. As it stands, Jimmy Connors holds the record with 109 ATP titles, and the Swiss Maestro is not far behind at 103.

Slowly but surely, almost every year, Federer adds a few titles to his total. With only seven more needed to break the record, it may seem possible that the  39-year-old will surpass the total. But Federer may only have a couple seasons left with his recent injuries and surgeries.

The last title Federer won was the 2019 Basel event and the last tournament played was the 2020 Australian Open before he took over a year off. The Swiss returns to the tour next week in Doha and then is entered in Dubai.
