Tennis Channel broadcaster Prakash Amritaj has made another GQ India appearance. Amritraj opens up and discusses how nutrition can benefit your state of mind, physical abilities and overall health.

Often people can think it's all about working out and hitting the gym as much as possible, but working out is just one component, you need the full package in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The 35-year-old believes that rest and recovery, nutrition, and doing your research is all part of the process of becoming the best version of yourself.

The former ATP Top 200 player has one of the busiest schedules in the game, but he makes time for his health and self-improvement. His nutrition journey began when he started body building, back then he thought : "Lift weights, and you will gain muscle.”

But after doing research, he discovered it's a combination of things. It's about form and intent when working out, dieting, recovering and timing meals.

One of the major takeaways is grasping and finding as much information on how to reach your goals.

"We should constantly nurture our 'desire to learn'," Amritraj says. "You will, without realizing it, create a world in which you are more process-driven and results-oriented."
