Day 3 has brought a major upset in the Laver Cup. John Isner has defeated Rafael Nadal for the first time in his career, 7-5, 7-6 (1). Team Europe needed only one more victory to win the competition, but thanks to Isner's strong serve and unusual display of speed and shot selection, alongside a less than stellar Nadal, Team World managed to stay alive.

The final day of Laver Cup action is well underway in Prague. Alexander Zverev defeated Sam Querrey, 6-4, 6-4, in a very brisk match lasting only 62 minutes in the first singles match of Day 3. Team Europe is still in the lead thanks to strong performances from both the young and older players; Team World will have to achieve major upsets if they want to close the gap.
