Roger Federer Doubles Down—Twins Again​

Consider it highly unlikely that a certain four-time father and 17-time Grand Slam champion will enter next week's Masters event in Rome.​

Today, newborn twin sons Leo and Lenny join four-year-old sisters Myla and Charlene—also twins, of course.​ This is of interest for any family, and even more so when the patents are Roger and Mirka Federer. The proud papa announced the news via Twitter today, all but stopping the social-media world in its tracks, with 12,115 retweets and counting:​

Federer had just pulled out of the Madrid Open, inciting a riot of talk that he may bail on the French Open at Roland Garros as well, with his wife's impending due date looming. But the Federers never made that date public, as this well-oiled PR machine never goes anywhere near "off the rails" status.

As would be expected, the response on Twitter was swift. Leave your congrats for the couple—for this sextet—below, and consider the unfathomable life this family enjoys. Nothing but smiles abound for them this week.
