"Kelly, can you handle this? Ciara, can you handle this?"

Snapchat maven and celebrity friend Serena Williams has had a busy year already. Sure, she trots the globe to play a sharp—if recently vulnerable—brand of tennis, reaching each of the Grand Slam finals to date. But she also makes time to head to Vegas with famous friends and appear on the cover of Glamour magazine.

And tag another typical, sigh-inducing heckler with tennis balls.

He had it coming. But Serena wasn't done having a go with Glamour. She also sought to get her Tina Turner on in a gorgeous fringe-y frock:

In gracing Glamour's July cover, one of her many top-line magazine appearances in recent years, Serena speaks to Melissa Harris Perry about a range of subjects, from whether she wants to have children to her status among the globe's great athletes. She also discusses whether her relationship with sister Venus has changed over the decades and offers thoughts on equal pay for male and female athletes. (Now, about that pay.)

She hasn't won a major this year—a sign of trouble by Serena's standards—but the fact remains that the WTA tour is her oyster. Watch out, Wimbledon.
