Williams, who returned to the tour before the Eastbourne tournament and later lost in the fourth round of Wimbledon, played the World Team tennis match for the Washington Kastles. The 13-time Grand Slam champion is currently ranked 172, but says she’s ready to peak again. "I just look at it as 'Why am I not on top right now?'" she told the Albany Times-Union.
