Thursday was a big day for Stefanos Tsitsipas at the Rolex Paris Masters—by defeating Alexander Zverev and advancing to the quarterfinals he not only qualified for the ATP Finals for the fifth year in a row, he also reached 50 match wins for the third year in a row.

And he kept the milestones coming on Friday.

With a 6-3, 6-4 quarterfinal victory over Karen Khachanov, Tsitsipas recorded the 300th tour-level win of his career.

The 25-year-old Greek is just the seventh man born in 1990 or later to reach that milestone, and the first man born in 1998 or later to do it.

MEN BORN IN 1990 OR LATER WITH 300+ CAREER WINS (tour-level):
412: Grigor Dimitrov [born in 1991]
392: Alexander Zverev [born in 1997]
376: Milos Raonic [born in 1990]
345: Dominic Thiem [born in 1993]
331: Daniil Medvedev [born in 1996]
329: David Goffin [born in 1990]
300: Stefanos Tsitsipas [born in 1998]

Tsitsipas' victory over Khachanov on Friday put him through to the 15th Masters 1000 semifinal of his career.

Friday was a bit of a revenge mission for Tsitsipas—he led the head-to-head against Khachanov going in, 6-1, but Khachanov’s only win actually came in their last meeting at Miami earlier this year.

But this time Tsitsipas was dialed in from the start, grabbing an early break for 3-1 and eventually finding himself up a set and a break at 6-3, 2-0—Khachanov ended up getting that break back and things seemed headed for a tie-break as the two were on serve at 4-all, but Tsitsipas broke at 15 and then served it out at 15 to quickly close it out.

Tsitsipas finished the match with 22 winners to 14 unforced errors, with his backhand building up most of that positive differential—he had nine winners to just four unforced errors on that side.

The No. 6-ranked Greek is now through to the 15th Masters 1000 semifinal of his career, and his second semifinal at the Rolex Paris Masters—he was also a semifinalist here last year, falling to Novak Djokovic in a three-set thriller, 6-2, 3-6, 7-6 (4).

Awaiting him in the semifinals this year will be Grigor Dimitrov, a 6-1, 4-6, 6-4 winner over Hubert Hurkacz earlier in the day.

Tsitsipas is 6-1 against Dimitrov, winning their last five in a row.
