Strike a Pose: Raonic, Ivanovic appear in Vogue

Everyone knows that Anna Wintour, so-called editrix of Vogue's U.S. book, prides herself on being a major tennis fan. That was certainly proven true at Wimbledon, where her Roger Federer fandom raged, but it's the magazine brand's Germany edition and U.S.-based website that most recently covered two stars of the sport, Ana Ivanovic and Milos Raonic. It's true, the idea of Ivanovic ever going "gangsta" is just precious.

Raonic fans (and detractors) won't be shocked to learn that he fancies a shrimp-and-quinoa salad and likewise fancies his serve, terming it "accurate, intimidating," and "hard to read." There's little that's new or riveting about his dot-com piece for those who follow tennis religiously, but bear in mind that he's taking his hard-won Wimbledon glory, reaching that final, to batter his foes with heavy aces across North America leading up to the U.S. Open.
