The 18-year-old tennis player charged with match fixing in Australia has been revealed as 2016 Australian Open boys’ singles champion Oliver Anderson. According to Australian reports, it is alleged that the teenager was paid to drop the first set of his first-round match at a Futures event.
Anderson is charged with fixing a match at the Traralgon International Tennis Federation event three months ago. He won his first-round match at the $50,000 tournament, and then fell in the second round.
