The Tennis Channel and Comcast have agreed to try to resolve their differences through a mediator. The move follows the Federal Communications Commission's recent agreement to hear Tennis Channel's complaint against the cable company.

The dispute centers on Comcast's decision to make Tennis Channel part of its premier sports package of channels instead of a basic cable package. The Tennis Channel is alleging that this violates their original agreement and also that Comcast is discrimintating against it in favor of Comcast-owned channels like the Golf Channel, offered on the company's basic cable package.
