One: Squat down so your hands are flat on the ground in front of you.

Two: Thrust your legs back into a push-up position—keep your belly tight and your back flat.

Three: Split your legs without dropping your hips. Stay on the balls of your feet.

Four: Bring your legs back to center.

Five: This is the frog part. Hop your feet outside your hands while keeping your hands flat on the ground. Keep your head and chest up.

Six: Reach up and burst into the jump. Tired yet?
