Lie flat on your back and extend your limbs.

One: Press your heels down and squeeze your glutes—not your back—so that your hips are off the ground.

Two: Relax your glutes to return to the starting position.

Three: Draw your belly button into your spine before folding your body together. Aim to touch your toes, keeping your legs straight. (Straight legs are more important than toe touching. Maintain your form.) This will work your hips and abs.

*Reps: Aim for 20.

Modified: Bring your legs up separately right, then left, then right—instead of together.*
