Well, I finally got my Davis Cup post up, and now I have to look forward to two momentous events: Unpacking and setting up TennisWorld's new Mighty Mojo Machine (my new laptop), and writing my Robert Lansdorp profile for TENNIS.

The Lansdorp story won't run until the March issue, but I'm on deadline tomorrow. The good news for TennisWorld readers is that I'll have plenty of juicy material left over to post later this week. Lansdorp is not only, arguably, the greatest coach in the game, he's also a loose cannon who says exactly what he thinks, whatever the consequences.

I'll be talking with a Hingis source on Thursday, too, to try to bring a little more reliable intel to the discussion of her imminent comeback.

I'll say this much: When I read this quote from Martina on the prospect of playing Maria Sharapova, it felt just like old times again:

We'll have plenty of new material to sift through at TennisWorld before the holidays are upon us, so stay tuned.
