Wimbledon finalist Vera Zvonareva believes that she still has it in her to win a major. The Russian not only reached the final of 2010 Wimbledon, where she lost to Serena Williams, but the final of 2010 U.S. Open and the semifinals of the 2011 Australian Open.

"Definitely it was a great year for me last year and the experience of playing in my first Grand Slam final was very emotional," the second-seeded Zvonareva told Reuters. "It was very emotional but that's all in the past now and you have to start all over again come Monday or Tuesday at Wimbledon. I'm looking forward to it. I'm not putting pressure on myself though. What I did last year motivates me because it felt good. I believe I can win a Grand Slam title, after all I've been good enough to reach two finals in the last four. But the you have to be prepared to wake up every day and fight in every match because there are a lot of great players who will also believe this could be their year."
