Alexander Zverev and Carlos Alcaraz continue trailing Sinner in the rankings despite the latter's three-month ban due to an anti-doping rule violation.

It will mark the first time that Sinner plays Hamburg, during a week that top players often take off.

The winners will be unveiled at a ceremony in Madrid, Spain on April 21.
