Alex de Minaur, the No. 3 seed at this year's BB&T Atlanta Open, saved his best performance for the last round on Sunday to take down Taylor Fritz, 6-3, 7-6(2). This is the Aussie's second ATP Tour title, and is only the second non-American, alongside fellow Aussie Nick Kyrgios, to win the title in Georgia.

De Minaur lost only seven first-serve points on his way to becoming the youngest Atlanta champion. Even more incredible is that the 20-year-old didn't face a single break point, becoming only the third player since the stats starting being recorded in 1991 to win a tournament with even facing a break point.

The 2019 season has been a breakthrough for De Minaur who earned his first ATP Tour title in Sydney in January. He will now move up to No. 3 in the ATP Race to Milan, looking like he will make his second appearance at the Next Gen ATP Finals. He also moves inside the Top 30 to No. 29.
